1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store of casual_attitudes.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown are final prices.

No VAT is charged in accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG).

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is available within Germany, selected EU countries and the United Kingdom.

Processing time is usually 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–10 business days depending on the destination.

For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g. the United Kingdom), additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of casual_attitudes until full payment has been received.

7. Returns and Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the Withdrawal Policy.

To ensure that your return reaches the correct location, please contact us in advance by email at hello@casualattitudes.com. We will then provide you with the appropriate return address and further instructions.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned items should be unused, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.

8. Liability

Statutory liability provisions shall apply.

9. Applicable Law

German law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
